This agreement is established on the basis of equality and mutual benefits. Once you click the submit? you should comply with all the terms and clauses in the agreement.

1.       We use a soft to log in your account and your password will be safe. Nobody can see it!

2.       We professional levelers will by no means take your gold and items away. Provided you lost your gold and items during our leveling timeframe, we will compensate you under the condition that it's our fault that leads to the stealing.

3.       we won't take any responsibility for the accidents happened in the leveling process such as password change and missing gold

4.       Provided your account got banned by accident during the leveling timeframe, you have the duty to find your account back. It's certain that you can get it back at your insistence. We will offer you some assistance referring how to get it back. But if you still can't find it back, the only reason for this is your improper registration information for your game account. We can neither redeem for the closure nor refund you the remaining money. We can continue to level for you to the level you ordered to immediately after you get your account back.

5.       We often keep silent and act as AFK when other players send a tell to you. We never use bots or macros since game masters will crack down on such foolish actions.

6.       If you want us to stop your order permanently in the middle way, we will not refund you the remaining money. And if we finish your order ahead of schedule, we will not refund you the money either, for we have allocated the same labor force accordingly.

7.       Provided we are unable to commit ourselves on completing your order for some irresistible factors, you can get your remaining money back after subtracting the bank fees.

8.       During our leveling timeframe, you keep the right to access your account as long as you had to, but you should inform us in advance before you log in and be sure not to log in too frequently. Or else, the delay of your order will wholly rest with you.

9.       We will compensate you under the following circumstances when we didn't finish your order on time, your gold or items lost because of us, or you don't get what we promised to you.

10.    The agreement will expire when we complete your order. It would be advisable for you to change your password after you receive our completion report. If you don't change it, you will bear the responsibility for the potential further troubles.

11.    Supposing there were some conflicts between the two parties. We should deal with them in a friendly and reasonable way.

Account Safety

OXPG relies on strictly enforced internal policies to safeguard customer game accounts. Every single character is leveled by a master player that conducts himself in an ethical manner in game. Your character will not be used to Player-Kill, Kill-Steal, hoard farming locations, or any other in-game behavior that is frowned upon. It goes without saying that macros, dupes, game bug exploits, and other such foolishness will never be used. In short, your character will be leveled the safest way possible: by going through the grind.

Account Security

We understand that you may be worried about letting us access your game account while leveling your character as game account theft is a big and actual problem, thus we do take the security of our customers' game accounts very seriously. In addition to the fact that as a leading gaming company with great reputation, we would like to stay in business for more than a few weeks, you can take comfort in the fact that we only need your game ID and password to level your character eventually, We do not need your master ID, password, or your birthday, all of which are needed to take full control of an account. Since you keep this vital information yourself, your account is fully secure.

Confidential

While leveling your character, our master players will only talk to other characters under our control. If we happened to run into someone who is familiar with your character, we indicate that we are a friend or relative playing your character for a little while. You may also tell us how to deal with such situations. We will not under any circumstance reveal the leveling service.

However, since drops and such are by chance, we cannot make any guarantees about what extra items your character will gain through drops.

Character Progress Tracking

Prior to starting your leveling service, you can specify a segment of time each day when you can play with your character. This not only allows you to track the progress of your character, but you can use the time to meet up with your friends in the game and explore your character's new powers.

General Power-Leveling Disclaimer

1. Your account will be safe with us as we take data security very seriously. We use encryption, firewalls and other technology and security procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use. For example, you will note that while using some features of the FFXI-GIL' web site you will need to submit a password or some other type of authenticating information.

2. Gold accumulated throughout the leveling process will be left in your character's inventory. Non-upgradeable items will be vendored or auctioned off to fund the leveling process.You may transfer the items or currency non-upgradeable before the leveling. Or provide us the screenshot. As a general rule, loot distribution works exactly like how it would with any group you play with. Should an upgrade drops, your character will have first dips or roll if there are multiple needs. Often when power-leveling, your character will be grouped with other levelers. In event of a greed drop, the item will be sold for gold and the profit shared amongst the group.

3. You understand that by requesting play-time during the power-leveling process will extend the duration of the power-leveling service and compensation requests for late completion or refund for levels gained during your play-time will not be entertained.
